Early May Cooking Skill

Anyeongggg Haseyooooooooo every one!!!
Welcome back to my blog ! In this early May, I would like to show you my cooking skill hehe ~
Even I'm still a beginner but the result came out great =P

Lately, I have been watching Korean reality shows. Geezzz...too much eating and cooking scenes in there. I REALLY want to eat all the foods in the scene. Don't u ever wonder why Korean really love to eat something that is grilled or roasted but then they are so healthy and their skin are so flawless just like porcelain. I saw a lot of grilling pork in every scene omg! (starting to salivate during watching). Just wonder..How come they don't have acne or getting fat after eating those oily foods everyday.

Sooooo yesterday, I decided to cook some delicious food for my lunch . I have no idea where the hell I got the recipe but I just do everything I like lol.

MENU 1 : ♥ Paprika Beef

Ingredients : Beef, paprika, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, butter, oyster sauce, cooking oil (everything without measuring the correct amount, just use ur sense to make it properly lol). But then it came out really good !

MENU 2 :  ♥ Caisim with garlic

Ingredients: Sweet Caisim (not the regular caisim that is used in noodle or meatball, but the sweet one), garlic, fish sauce, cooking oil (same case, i didn't even measure the actual amount needed)

Taaaa daaaa ~

I'm not bad at cooking actually hehe~

For the dessert, I decided to make traditional Indonesian glutinous rice cake called "Klepon"
Last time I was invited to join my boyfriend family gathering. At that time, his grandma made klepon as a evening snacks. The one that his grandma made was sooooo nice! It was different with any other klepon I ever tasted.
By googling it, I found so many different recipes. But mostly, all the recipes are using same main ingredients which are glutinous rice flour, warm water, pinch of salt and extract of pandan leaves. In order to make it, u just need to mix everything until the batter is not sticky anymore. For the filling, we just need to fill it with crushed palm sugar. Make a ball shape and put it in boiling water. Lastly, roll it into shredded coconut.

That's all for todayyyy. I did good, didn't I? =P
